Basketball Recap: Claremore Christian Find Success

Claremore Christian won the last time they faced Bradford Christian, and Sophie Blair did her part to make sure it happened again. The Claremore Christian Warriors enjoyed a cozy 33-18 win over the Bradford Christian Lions on Tuesday thanks in part to Blair, who posted eight points in addition to 11 boards and five steals. She has been hot recently, having also posted three or more blocks the last three times she's played.

Another player making a difference was Alayna Brown, who put up four points and four steals. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 2.1 steals per game.

Claremore Christian's victory bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Bradford Christian, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 5-4.
