Football Recap: Steinert Falls to Central Regional in First Game of Season + How To Watch

Steinert had to start their season on the road on Friday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They came up short against the Central Regional Golden Eagles, falling 27-6. The Spartans were down 20-0 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.

Despite the loss, Steinert still got an impressive performance from Isaac Pate, who rushed for 132 yards while picking up 7.3 yards per carry.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Steinert will square off against Cherry Hill West at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Central Regional, they will challenge Lacey Township at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
