Baseball Recap: Noxubee County Comes Up Short

Noxubee County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Enterprise Bulldogs, falling 16-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 22-0 last Monday.

Noxubee County's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Enterprise, their victory ended a four-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-8.

Coming up, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Noxubee County Tigers challenge Louisville Wildcats at 1:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Enterprise, they will take on Sylva Bay Academy in a tournament on Friday. Sylva Bay Academy will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Enterprise surely won't give up without a fight.
