Basketball Recap: Udall Gets the Win

Central came into Friday's game looking for another win against Udall, but Lilly Hoffman wouldn't allow it. The Udall Eagles managed a 50-45 win over the Central Raiders on Friday thanks in part to Hoffman, who went 6 of 12 en route to 21 points in addition to eight boards and six steals. She has become a key player for Udall: the team is 7-3 when she posts at least five steals, but 0-7 otherwise.

Another player making a difference was Brilee Pellegrini, who posted nine points. She continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played.

Udall's victory bumped their record up to 7-10. As for Central, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-8-1.

Looking ahead, Udall will challenge Oxford at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Central, they will take on Central Christian Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
