Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Leesville). They were the clear victor by an 11-3 margin over the LaSalle Tigers on Saturday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Wampus Cats have posted since April 6, 2024.

The victory made it two in a row for Leesville and bumps their season record up to 2-3-1. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.5 runs over those games. As for LaSalle, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Leesville will square off against Pickering at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for LaSalle, they will head out to take on Vidalia at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
