La Salle Academy barely beat Mt. Hope the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Rams' pitchers stepped up to hand the Huskies a 6-0 shutout on Tuesday. The result was nothing new for the Rams, who have now won six matchups by six runs or more so far this season.
Jairo Martinez looked comfortable as he pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in four consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, Adryan Urena was incredible, going 2-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and one triple. That's the most hits he has posted since back in April. Bronx Discullio was another key player, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI.

La Salle Academy pushed their record up to 15-5 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. Hope, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 12 of their last 13 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-17 record this season.
