Basketball Recap: Comeaux Comes Up Short

Comeaux won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Friday. They were outmatched by the West St. Mary Wolfpack and fell 50-14.

Comeaux has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-12 record this season. As for West St. Mary, their victory bumped their record up to 7-11.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Comeaux will square off against Southside at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for West St. Mary, they will face off against Houma Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Houma Christian's defense has only allowed 27 points per game this season, so West St. Mary's offense will have their work cut out for them.
