Basketball Recap: Medina Takes a Loss

On Monday, the Medina Mustangs ended up a good deal behind the Pembroke Dragons and lost 55-41. The game marked the Mustangs' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Medina has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 6-10 record this season. As for Pembroke, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-2.

Coming up, Medina and Barker will face off at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday without much rest having both just played. Medina is facing Barker at the right time seeing as Barker is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Pembroke, they will be playing at home against Elba at 12:45 p.m. on Saturday.
