Carson Liles Delivers Best Effort of Season

Carson Liles produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Thomas More Prep-Marian to the win on Friday. Liles threw for 210 yards and three touchdowns on only 19 passes, and also rushed for 36 yards and two touchdowns.

Thomas More Prep-Marian has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season. Liles and Thomas More Prep-Marian will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Sacred Heart at 7:00 p.m. on November 1st.

Jones Came Up Big in Norton's 50-21 Loss

Norton was sadly handed a defeat on Friday, but Eli Jones did his best to prevent it. Nobody could stop Jones as he threw for 185 yards and a touchdown, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground.

Norton's loss ended a six-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 6-1. Jones and Norton will challenge Concordia at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
