Basketball Game Preview: Mid-Missouri HomeSchool Mavericks vs. Lighthouse Prep Academy Eagles

Mid-Missouri HomeSchool is 5-0 against Lighthouse Prep Academy since December of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Monday. The Mid-Missouri HomeSchool Mavericks will welcome the Lighthouse Prep Academy Eagles at 6:00 p.m.

Last Thursday, Mid-Missouri HomeSchool didn't have too much trouble with Lighthouse Prep Academy as they won 42-26. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Mavericks.

Mid-Missouri HomeSchool's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Taylor Dorr led the charge by going 5 of 8 on her way to 10 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Raelynn Steele, who posted 11 points.

Mid-Missouri HomeSchool has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 6-10 record this season. As for Lighthouse Prep Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-3.
