Baseball Recap: Geneva Extends Winning Streak to Four

While Geneva's victory against Glenbard North wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Vikings skirted past the Panthers 5-4. Winning may never get old, but the Vikings sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Mason Bruesch was incredible, going 1-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. Miles Dibble was another key player, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with three stolen bases and one run.

Geneva's record is now 16-5. As for Glenbard North, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-10 record this season.

Geneva will have a chance to go back-to-back against Glenbard North: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
