Volleyball Game Preview: Springville Red Devils vs. Salem Hills Skyhawks

Springville is on an eight-game streak of home losses dating back to last season, and Salem Hills a seven-game streak of away losses. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Thursday. The Springville Red Devils will welcome the Salem Hills Skyhawks at 6:30 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

Springville came up short against Wasatch on Tuesday, falling 3-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-19, 25-12.

Salem Hills actually scored more points across those five sets (113-109), but sadly they still had to settle for second. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-24, 14-25, 25-22, 29-31, 15-11.

Springville's loss dropped their record down to 0-19. As for Salem Hills, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-20.
