Saturday, 1:00 PM

Both Delaware Valley Charter and Notre Dame-Green Pond have made it this far into the playoffs, but they square off this Saturday at 1:00 PM to determine who is worthy to move on. Delaware Valley Charter might be feeling good about this one after its surprising comeback last game.

Delaware Valley Charter took its game last week by a score of 26 - 14. The win came about thanks to a strong surge after the half to overcome a deficit of eight points.

Meanwhile, Notre Dame-Green Pond had all the answers against Pen Argyl last week, winning 28 - 7. Senior Mitch Daniel deserves a lot of the credit as he ran for 112 yards and also punched in two touchdowns. Daniel has been a consistent playmaker for Notre Dame-Green Pond as this was the 9th good game in a row from him.

Their wins bumped Notre Dame-Green Pond to 11-2 and Delaware Valley Charter to 8-4. Its offensive line will need to gear up for a tough test against a Delaware Valley Charter defense that got eight sacks against Conwell-Egan Catholic last week. We'll see if it is up to the challenge.
