Volleyball Recap: Bethlehem Christian Falls Short of Salem Christian in the Playoffs

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Bethlehem Christian couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They came up short against the Salem Christian Eagles on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The Panthers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Eagles earlier this season, when they won 3-1.

Lily Barry paced Bethlehem Christian's offense, picking up 16 kills. Barry got some help from Abby Wilson and her 23 assists. Wilson also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Ava Harris, each putting up three.

Bethlehem Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 19-6-1. As for Salem Christian, the win got them back to even at 4-4.

As of now, neither Bethlehem Christian nor the Eagles have any future games scheduled.
