Softball Preview: Hendersonville Commandos vs. Mount Juliet Golden Bears        
        
		
            
 Hendersonville is 2-8 against Mount Juliet since April of 2016 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit  on Tuesday. The Hendersonville Commandos will look to defend their home field  against the Mount Juliet Golden Bears at 6:30  p.m. Mount Juliet took a loss in their last  match and will be looking to turn the tables on Hendersonville, who comes in off a win.
 While Hendersonville has not struggled against Station Camp recently, they managed to flip the script  on Monday. Hendersonville walked away with  a   9-4  win over Station Camp.
  Katelyn Wenzel was  incredible,  going 3-for-4 with a  home run, five  RBI,  and two  doubles. The team also got some help courtesy of  Autumn Clayton, who  went 1-for-3 with a  home run.
 Meanwhile, Saturday just wasn't the day for Mount Juliet's offense. They suffered a  tough 6-0 defeat at the hands of Silverdale Academy  in their second game  on Saturday. The  contest marked that first time this season in which Mount Juliet was not able to get on the board.
 Hendersonville's victory bumped their record up to 12-10. As for Mount Juliet, their loss dropped their record down to 15-10-1.
 Hendersonville might still be hurting after the  10-0 defeat they got from Mount Juliet  when the teams last played  back in March. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of  Mount Juliet's  Taylor Haymans, who   didn't allow a single  earned run and  only two  hits while striking out nine over five innings pitched. Now that Hendersonville knows the damage she can cause, will they be able to stop her this time? There's only one way to find out.
