Summit had won six straight games and Christian Salivio did his part to make it seven on Friday. The SkyHawks were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Bloomington Bruins thanks in part to Salivio, who had 25 digs and two assists. Salivio is crushing it when it comes to digs: he's had at least ten every time he's taken the court this season.

While Summit won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-9, 25-20.

Summit's victory bumped their record up to 14-7. As for Bloomington, their loss dropped their record down to 11-10.

Summit wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Rialto on the 21st. As for Bloomington, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Fontana on the 21st.
