Baseball Recap: Joaquin Comes Up Short

On Friday, the Joaquin Rams came up short against the Big Sandy Wildcats and fell 7-3. The Rams have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Joaquin saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kason Stanaland, who scored a run while going 2-for-2.

Joaquin's loss dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Big Sandy, they now have a winning record of 4-3-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Joaquin will host Woden at 6:05 p.m. on Tuesday. The last three games Woden has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Big Sandy, they will be playing at home against West Hardin at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
