Volleyball Recap: Warren Takes a Loss

Warren was the 2-0 winner over Boerne when they last played one another back in August of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. The Warriors fell just short of the Greyhounds by a score of 2-1 on Saturday.

Valeria Ceballos paced Warren's offense, picking up 11 kills. Ceballos got some help from Gabby Davila and her 14 assists. Finally, Ceballos was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high three blocks.

Warren's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Boerne, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-2.

Warren wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against United on the 16th. As for Boerne, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Clark on the 16th.
