Pisgah's game last Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Yazoo County Panthers a 7-0 shutout. Considering the Dragons have won seven matches by more than six goals this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Pisgah is also on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 8-5 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 50 goals over those eight contests. As for Yazoo County, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season.
