Hayfield had won six straight road games and Tyson Washington did his part to make it seven on Tuesday. The Hayfield Hawks took their matchup with ease, bagging a 78-34 victory over the Falls Church Jaguars thanks in part to Washington, who posted 11 points and seven rebounds. Those seven boards gave him a new career-high.

The team also got some help courtesy of Joshua Brown, who earned six points. He is also on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 45% in the last five games he's played.

Hayfield is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season. A key ingredient in that success has been their performance when it comes to three-point shooting accuracy: their three-point shooting accuracy was 38.5% in those games and 28.7% outside of them. As for Falls Church, they are on a 15-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-16.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Edison the next time they take the court. Falls Church will host Edison at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, while Hayfield will host them at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
