            Baseball Preview: Cleveland Warriors vs. Jefferson Democrats        
        
		
        
        
            For the second straight game, Cleveland will face off against Jefferson. The Warriors will be playing at home against the Democrats  at 5:00  p.m.  on Friday. Cleveland is coming into the  game hot, having won their last three games.
On Wednesday, Cleveland earned  a  6-3 win over Jefferson.

 Ezra Oster was a  major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound,   striking out seven batters over  6.2 innings while giving up just one earned  (and two unearned) runs off   three  hits. That's the most  strikeouts  he has posted since back in May of 2024. He was also big at the plate,  going 3-for-4 with five  RBI and one  double.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Arlo Copony, who  got on base  in three of his four plate appearances with two  stolen bases and two  runs. Another player making a difference was  James Ho, who  went 2-for-4 with two  runs, one  stolen base,  and one  double.
 Jefferson's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Cleveland, their victory bumped their record up to 3-8.
