Soccer Game Preview: Jack Britt vs. Pine Forest + How To Watch

The Jack Britt Buccaneers will challenge the Pine Forest Trojans at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Jack Britt has four straight wins, Pine Forest has three straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the pitch.

On Monday, Jack Britt made easy work of Overhills and carried off a 6-3 victory. Jack Britt might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six matchups by three goals or more this season.

Meanwhile, Monday just wasn't the day for Pine Forest's offense. They lost 3-0 to Pinecrest on Monday. While losing is never fun, Pine Forest can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 334th, while Pinecrest are ranked 123rd).

Pine Forest's defeat dropped their record down to 4-14-2. As for Jack Britt, their win bumped their record up to 11-4-2.

Jack Britt was able to grind out a solid victory over Pine Forest in their previous matchup on October 1st, winning 4-2. Will the Buccaneers repeat their success, or do the Trojans have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
