Basketball Game Preview: Brevard Christian War Eagles vs. First Baptist Christian Academy Crusaders

Brevard Christian knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three games -- so hopefully First Baptist Christian Academy likes a good challenge.

If Brevard Christian beats First Baptist Christian Academy with 58 points on Friday, it's going to be the team's new lucky number: they've won their past two matchups with that exact score. Brevard Christian snuck past Odyssey Charter School with a 58-52 victory on Thursday.

It was another big night for Justin Williams, who went 6 for 13 on his way to 13 points and five rebounds.

Meanwhile, First Baptist Christian Academy was able to grind out a solid win over Burns Sci-Tech last Thursday, taking the game 51-43.

Brevard Christian's victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 11-11. As for First Baptist Christian Academy, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
