It's playoff time, and McDonald had no trouble coming through when it counted. They blew past the Maplewood Rockets 7-1 on Saturday. The Blue Devils might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine games by six runs or more this season.

McDonald has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 14 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-8 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.5 runs over those games. As for Maplewood, their loss ended an 11-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 14-7.
