DuBois Central Catholic piles up the points against Brockway

The DuBois Central Catholic Cardinals's game on Wednesday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Brockway 61-25 on the road. That result was just more of the same for these two, as DuBois Central Catholic also won the last time the pair played last Friday.

Despite the defeat, Brockway saw an underclassman step up: Kolton Kahle scored eight points along with six rebounds. Kahle continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played.

DuBois Central Catholic now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Brockway, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-7.

DuBois Central Catholic and St. Marys will face off at 7:30 p.m. on January 3rd without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Hopefully St. Marys focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up nine on Friday. As for Brockway, they will be playing at home against Elk County Catholic at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Elk County Catholic will be coming into the game with an undefeated record on the line.
