It was a proper cat-fight when Ridge Point took on Fort Bend Travis on Tuesday. The Panthers were the clear victors by a 14-1 margin over the Tigers. The result was nothing new for the Panthers, who have now won 13 contests by eight runs or more so far this season.

Sadie Dasher tossed a big game, tossing five innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Braelyn Daniels was incredible, going 3-for-4 with three runs, one triple, and one RBI. Another player making a difference was Abi Parker, who scored a run while going 3-for-4.

Ridge Point's win was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 16-3. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.7 runs on average over those games. As for Fort Bend Travis, the defeat snapped their winning streak at six games and leaves them with a 7-7-1 record.

Coming up, Ridge Point will head out to face off against Fort Bend Bush at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
