Julian can finally bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. They managed a 37-31 victory over San Pasqual Academy.
Meanwhile, this season hasn't been kind to West Shores, who are still winless after their 14th match. They had to suffer through a rough 49-17 loss at the hands of San Pasqual Academy. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss West Shores has suffered since November 28, 2023.
Julian's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-7. As for West Shores, their loss was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 0-14.
Everything came up roses for Julian against West Shores in their previous meeting back in November of 2023 as the squad secured a 54-26 victory. With Julian ahead 32-7 at the half, the contest was all but over already.
