Baseball Recap: Metrolina Christian Academy Makes It 19 in a Row at Home

It's playoff time, and Metrolina Christian Academy had no trouble coming through when it counted. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 1-0 win over the Rabun Gap-Nacoochee Eagles on Friday. The victory was nothing new for the Warriors as they're now sitting on nine straight.

Rabun Gap-Nacoochee's batters probably weren't too happy with Case Gibbs, who pitched a no hitter and racked up ten Ks (he gave up four walks). Gibbs has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in 13 consecutive appearances.
