Football Game Preview: Northwestern vs. Friendly

Friendly have had a week off and are no doubt ready to get back on the field. They will challenge Northwestern on the road at 7:00 PM on Friday. Friendly come in off of five low-scoring performances in a row, a trend the squad is obviously eager to reverse.

Friendly have been struggling to pick up a win, with their match against Flowers two weeks ago making it five winless games in a row. Friendly took a serious blow against Flowers, falling 0-48. Friendly were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 0-34.

Meanwhile, Northwestern's six-game streak of losses has finally come to an end. They dodged a bullet last Friday, finishing off Largo 21-20. Having pegged this as anyone's game, the MaxPreps state rankings were right on the nose.

Northwestern's victory lifted them to 1-6 while Friendly's defeat dropped them down to 1-6. We'll see if Northwestern can repeat their recent success or if Friendly bounce back and reverse their fortune.
