Columbia's found some homefield redemption this week after a overtime loss to Evergreen on Tuesday. Columbia never let the Castle Rock Rockets get on the board and left with a 3-0 win. The three-run effort marked the Bruins' lowest-scoring match of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Columbia saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ben Borton, who scored two runs while going 1-for-3. Jaden Wang also deserves some recognition as he got his first hit of the season.

Columbia now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Castle Rock, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 5-1-1.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Castle Rock beat Columbia by a score of 8-0 later that day.
