Baseball Recap: Skyview Comes Up Short

After soaring to 19 runs the game before, Skyview was a bit more limited in their contest on Tuesday. They fell 6-1 to the Russell Rustlers.

Skyview has also been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season. As for Russell, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Skyview will take on Great Falls at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Bison have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 11.88 runs per game on average), something the Falcons will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Russell, they will square off against Belgrade at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
