Volleyball Recap: Lake George Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Lake George was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Fort Edward Flying Forts. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Flying Forts this season, with their most recent loss being a 1-0 defeat on Saturday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-16, 19-25, 25-16.

Lake George's loss dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Fort Edward, their victory was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 13-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Lake George will challenge rival Corinth at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Fort Edward is set to take on their familiar foe Hadley Luzerne at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
