Softball Recap: Trinity Christian Has No Trouble Against Nolan Catholic

Trinity Christian barely beat Nolan Catholic the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Trojans put the hurt on the Vikings with a sharp 12-2 victory on Friday. That looming 12-2 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Trojans yet this season.

The win (which was Trinity Christian's third in a row) raised their record to 3-4. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.0 runs over those games. As for Nolan Catholic, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last eight matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-14-1 record this season.
