            Baseball Recap: Pendleton Bulldogs vs. Crescent Tigers        
        
		
        
        
            After losing to Crescent the last time they met, Pendleton decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Bulldogs walked away with  a   6-2  victory over the Tigers  on Monday. The  win was a breath of fresh air for the Bulldogs as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.
 Bradley Runion spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered two  runs (both of which were unearned)  on five hits and racked up 11 Ks.

 At the plate,  Aedan Queen was  excellent,  going a perfect 3-for-3 with two  RBI. Those  three  hits gave  him a new career-high.  Gage Thomason also deserves some recognition as  he  brought in his first  RBI of the season.
The  victory  got Pendleton back to even at 10-10. As for Crescent, their defeat  ended  a  seven-game streak of wins at home  and  dropped them to 12-9.
Pendleton will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Tigers: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled  at 7:15  p.m.  on Wednesday.
