Gardiner entered their tilt with Brunswick on Thursday with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. They blew past the Dragons 3-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Tigers also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Gardiner took every set by at least 11 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-13, 25-14.

Kaitlyn Davidson paced Gardiner's offense, picking up six kills. Davidson got some help from Kathleen Moore and her 14 assists. Julie Folsom controlled things from the service line, finishing with seven aces.

Gardiner's win bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Brunswick, their loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 0-5.

Gardiner wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-1 victory against Mt. Ararat on the 27th. As for Brunswick, they have also already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Camden Hills on the 27th.
