Blanchard waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They put the hurt on the Bishop McGuinness Fighting Irish with a sharp 16-1 victory. Considering the Lions have won 17 games by more than six runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Blanchard got a great performance from Parker Jackson as she didn't allow a single earned run and only two hits over five innings pitched. Jackson has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in nine consecutive pitching appearances.

At the plate, Blanchard let Mallorie Pool and Quinlyn Johnson loose on the outfield.
