Basketball Recap: Modoc Braves vs. Weed Cougars
Modoc lost against Weed back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Modoc Braves had to suffer through a 78-42 loss at the hands of the Weed Cougars. While losing is never fun, the Braves can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 876th, while the Cougars are ranked 355th).

Modoc lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Adin Benson, who posted seven points and 11 rebounds.
