Basketball Recap: Urbana Tigers vs. Chicago Mt. Carmel Caravan

Urbana was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were outmatched by the Chicago Mt. Carmel Caravan and fell 73-44. While losing is never fun, the Tigers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois basketball rankings (they are ranked 227th, while the Caravan are ranked 15th).

Urbana didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 67-53 defeat against Champaign Central on the 7th. As for Chicago Mt. Carmel, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, an 80-64 win against South Bend St. Joseph on the 8th.
