Volleyball Recap: Irondale Starts Season with Loss on the Road

Irondale had to start their season on the road on Monday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They fell just short of the Andover Huskies by a score of 3-2. While the Knights didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Huskies 25-19 in the first set.

Irondale started the match hot and won the first two sets, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 19-25, 18-25, 25-19, 25-17, 15-10.

Coincidentally, Irondale and Andover will both be playing Spring Lake Park the next time they take the court. The Huskies will head out to face the Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Knights will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on the 28th.
