Navajo Pine snaps three-game streak of losses at home

Recap: Navajo Pine Warriors vs. Ramah Mustangs
The Navajo Pine Warriors won the last time they faced the Ramah Mustangs, and things went their way on Saturday too. Navajo Pine strolled past the Mustangs with points to spare, taking the game 70-52. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Navajo Pine.
Navajo Pine had a senior duo take command as Gentry Arthur scored 22 points and Nehemiah McDaniel scored 21 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kyle Catron, who scored 15 points.
Navajo Pine's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 10-9. As for Ramah, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-12.
Navajo Pine will look to defend their home court on Thursday against the Falcons at 7:30 p.m. Northwest is no doubt hoping to put an end to a five-game streak of away losses. As for Ramah, they will head out on the road to face off against the Dine Warriors at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in New Mexico (Tse' Yi' Gai is ranked 146th, while the Mustangs are ranked 142nd).
