Chancellor's game on Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Caroline Cavaliers by a score of 8-4. The victory was some much needed relief for the Chargers as it spelled an end to their five-game losing streak.

Chancellor's win was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-14 and their overall record up to 4-16. As for Caroline, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-10.

Coming up, Caroline will face off against Culpeper County at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Chancellor will be paying especially close attention to the Cavaliers' game: after the Cavaliers face off against the Blue Devils, they'll take on Chancellor again at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
