Soccer Game Preview: Mountain View vs. Redmond/Culver

The Mountain View Cougars are taking a road trip to square off against the Redmond/Culver Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Mountain View will be strutting in after a victory while Redmond/Culver will be coming in after a defeat.

Mountain View barely beat Ridgeview the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Cougars were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Ravens on Friday. Mountain View haven't had any issues with Ridgeview recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Meanwhile, Redmond/Culver was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 6-0 to Bend. That's two games in a row now that Redmond/Culver have lost by exactly six goals.

Redmond/Culver's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4-1. As for Mountain View, their victory bumped their record up to 4-2.

Mountain View beat Redmond/Culver by a goal in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, winning 1-0. Do the Cougars have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Panthers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
