After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Hunters Lane, Northeast was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They put the hurt on the Springfield Yellow Jackets with a sharp 8-2 victory. Considering Northeast have won eight matchups by more than two goals this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit Springfield with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Joao Guilherme Castelo Branco (5), J'Vonn White, Calvin Kibet, and Darian Barnes.

Northeast has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season. As for Springfield, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 1-11-3 record this season.

As of now, neither Northeast nor Springfield have any future games scheduled.
