Baseball Recap: Orange Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Orange hadn't done well against North Star Academy recently (they were 0-5 in their previous five matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Monday. The Tornadoes walked away with a 9-5 win over North Star Academy. The victory was some much needed relief for the Tornadoes as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

The win got Orange back to even at 8-8. As for North Star Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-5.

Coincidentally, Orange and North Star Academy will both be playing Hillside the next time they take the field. North Star Academy will head out to face the Comets at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Tornadoes will head out to face them at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
