Bishop Diego had to kick off their season on the road on Friday, but they showed no ill effects. They had just enough and edged out the Lancaster Eagles 42-40. Bishop Diego's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Tua Puailoa Rojas led the charge by throwing for 258 yards and three touchdowns while completing 71.4% of his passes, and also punching in one rushing score.
