Basketball Recap: Boonville's Loss Ends Seven-Game Winning Streak at Home

Boonville was the 61-52 winner over Centralia when they last played one another last Thursday, but their luck changed this time around. The Boonville Pirates took a 53-41 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Centralia Panthers on Saturday. The Pirates have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Boonville's defeat ended a seven-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 4-2. As for Centralia, their win was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-2.

Boonville will be home for the holidays to greet Fulton at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Centralia, they will venture away from home to challenge California at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
