Volleyball Recap: Germantown Takes a Loss

If Germantown was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Whitehaven on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Red Devils lost 3-0 to the Arlington Tigers on Tuesday. The Red Devils have struggled against the Tigers recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Germantown was the model of consistency in the loss, scoring ten points in every single set they played. The final score came out to 25-10, 25-10, 25-10.

Germantown's loss dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Arlington, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 20-2.

Coming up, Germantown will head out on the road to challenge Memphis Central at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Arlington, they will challenge Lausanne Collegiate at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
