Basketball Recap: Indian Creek Comes Up Short

On Saturday, the Indian Creek Braves lost to the Wood Memorial Trojans on the road by a 89-72 margin. The Braves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Indian Creek's defeat dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Wood Memorial, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Indian Creek will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Brown County at 7:30 p.m. on January 11, 2025. As for Wood Memorial, they will look to defend their home court on January 4, 2025 against South Spencer at 7:00 p.m.
