The regular season was a success, but the real challenge begins now, in the postseason. This Friday Upperman takes on Loudon in the first playoff game of the year. This will be the second consecutive road game for Upperman.
Upperman didn't have too many spare points last week in its contest with Sequatchie County, but it still walked away with a 20 - 14 win.
As for Loudon, it is still above.500 but has been slipping the past two games. It was crushed by Red Bank 49 - 24 last week.
Loudon's defeat dropped it to 7-3 while Upperman's win brought it to 6-4. We'll find out on Friday if Loudon can steal Upperman's luck or if Upperman records another victory instead.
