Baseball Game Preview: Twin River Titans vs. Central City/Centura Kernels

Twin River hasn't had much luck against Central City/Centura recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Titans will be playing at home against the Kernels at 4:30 p.m. Neither Twin River nor Central City/Centura posted many runs in their last games, so it might be the pitching crews that decide this one.

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Twin River's offense. They lost 7-0 to Adams Central on Wednesday.

Twin River saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Braeden Santos, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base.

Meanwhile, Central City/Centura came up short against Adams Central on Tuesday and fell 5-2. The contest marked the Kernels' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Central City/Centura fell to 17-1. As for Twin River, they now have a losing record of 6-7.
